Dunkin'

There was a long line, so we ordered at the kiosk. We actually got our food before we would have ordered, had we stood in line. Use that kiosk when it's busy for sure! We got the bagel bites. They were pretty good. You get two. They're about the size of a golf ball. Maybe a tad bigger. Very soft. The bagel was onion, and the cream cheese inside was maybe chive? We also got the avocado toast with bacon. Good. The avocado is just stuff you buy in the store, already made, in a small plastic container. The avocado was a little sour. Maybe lemon in it. It wasn't bad. I liked it but didn't love it. We got hash brown. Just 4 tiny rounds. Lol. I would have been irritated had we liked them. They were an oily, mushy, soggy mess. And we got a croissant breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg. It was okay. A bit bland. We got a large iced mocha with extra sugar and a shot of espresso. Hubby liked it. It's way too bitter for me. I got a cooler type drink with dragonfruit. I added extra sugar. Don't do that! Omg. Sooooo sweet. It was really good, but I'll leave out the extra sweetener next time. We got 2 donuts. But they forgot to give them to us. When we asked for them, they seemed confused. But gave them to us. I felt like they thought we were lying. But then 2 other people, while we were there, had to go back and say they forgot their donuts too. Make sure to check your orders!

This place is garbage. They have a whole staff in there that can’t even run the place efficiently. The food quality is awful. The drinks are always awful. My sandwich and the bag had avocado spread all over it and I didn’t order anything with avocado. The hash brows I ordered were mashed potatoes in the bag and when I went it they still couldn’t get it right. This place is awful and the people who work there are a hot mess. Save your money and patience.

I torture myself by always going to DUNKIN donuts to get an ice tea almost every day. Today was easily the 50th time I have ordered a Large unsweetened ice tea and received a sweet tea. I now test them before I pull away. I ordered two today and tested one and it was fine. I then stupidly assumed the other must be correct too and never tested it until an hour into my drive. Guess what….sweet tea. It’s tiring getting the wrong order %25-50 of the time. Now they don’t have lemons for ice tea either?? That’s like no more cream for coffee…it just doesn’t make sense

Yup it's turning just like the rest of the places around here .Into trash.Ive been coming here since July 2021.A few okay the short girl with red hair who was my personal favorite employee quit due to the disrespect of management and being embarrassed Infront of customers..Today I went in as I do every morning and the young kid told me he would no longer be working there and would love if I came to see him at his new job and to bring my son .He wrote his number down on a paper and asked another girl to attend to the customer that just walked in .Well she started carrying on about how maybe instead of giving out his number and trying to get a girlfriend .. Hilarious she sounded so unprofessional and quite frankly a little upset all while the customer stood there and waited ...The manger was sitting at the table with some lady with red hair and she starts raising her voice from the table "Jon you have a customer waiting".funny thing is that when the line is out to the door every morning and his the only one taking orders and making coffee ,he never complains.. Dunkin management team there should all be fired ,and owner of that building should be too.The disrespect of the staff from one to another ,infact Cody once called the girl slow and that she shouldn't be working here. one or two staff members seem to have sudden out burst and carry on Infront of patrons , complaining about other employees to patrons ..Yup looks like I'll be visiting another Dunkin..Dunkin should be ashamed of this location and it's operating management.
