Tonight I was picking up an uber and I would just like the managers and owner of this store to know that the woman working tonight when I was in the store at 7pm was extremely rude and also had the phone taken off the hook and did not have the uber/doordash machines on. I'm not sure how the store makes any money with an employee like this.

Same young lady at register who keeps looking for another job by asking customers where they work and if they hiring. She used to be the best worker at Wendy's but they had to let her go, but she was thier best. She just kept being late all the time. Yes, she tells people this. She just walks away with out even giving you receipt.

Okay so I have a broken hip and I am crutches. I hobble into the store (another customer that was leaving and waited for me to get to the door to hold it open). Now I have my purse slung over my left shoulder. I grab a small bag of Sun Chips and headed toward the coffee bar. I grab a couple of creamers as my next stop was to the coolers to get a Monster Java cold coffee. I add the creamers to the cold coffee just as anyone getting hot coffee would. Well before I even got to the coolers, this guy, who I'm guessing is the store manager, chased me down and said I could not take the creamers, I had to pay for them. I said no problem and explained that I was going to get cold coffee and put the creamers in that and also had limited carrying abilities. He told me to get a basket. He was having none of it. He came back with that it cost 7-11 money for the creamers and I couldn't just "take" them. I told him that I would pay for them anyways. He said "no". He was very rude and didn't offer any assistance or help whatsoever. I tossed my chips on the coffee bar and hobbled out. I will never shop at this location again! I am also sending corporate this information as well.
