Dunkin'

I will definitely be visiting this location again! I normally go to the 4-corners location, but they've messed up my order too many times. What I really appreciate about the county line store is when you order thru the app and they are out of certain donuts, they actually TELL you and allow you to pick your replacements!! Please they're friendlier!!

I use to be a great fan of DD. Until I entered this one. I have never in my life walked into a dirtier store with more uncaring employees and management than I encountered here. I went here to apply for a job but while waiting for Shannon, I noticed that it looked extremely dirty everywhere.Floors, Counters, Case Fronts, Card Readers, POS System, Tables, You name it, it needed cleaning badly.. I can’t work in filth. Then I met the manager and was not impressed. In any way.I think she needs to add Clean and Welcoming Environment to her list of Customer Service Training Ideas. I was/am no longer interested in working for DD nor buying the donuts I had planned on getting. Nor will I ever again want their product. UPDATE—- I thought again and felt maybe I was being to harsh on DD based upon one storefront. So I went to three others. All storefronts that are controlled by this Shannon. I have to say. I WAS NOT WRONG. Each storefront was just as nasty, and the personnel as untrained as the first. So I stand by my statements. If anyone bothered to take their eyes off their phones and look around, I don’t think half of you would still care but more of you would see and be a bit sickened by the disgraceful way the food and drink is served to you. If not. You deserve what you get.

I'm happy to say, the employees here are GREAT! If your order is not how you like it, they fix it with NO PROBLEMS. They never make you feel bad for asking for your drink or food, YOUR WAY! I LOVE THIS DUNKIN 🥰 it has surly Changed completely, since 2021. Thanks to the current employee's 🥰 this is my daily Must Stop!
