The bread and the cookies were both stale. The bread was rock hard on the ends. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies had a weird cherry flavor to them. The prices have skyrocketed, $14 for a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch footlong seemed a little excessive. However it was not really a surprise. I will say the service was excellent.

Sunday night I stopped by to get dinner at 6:50pm. Was told they were closed even though the open sign was still lite and I was 10 minutes before closing time. Came back a couple days later for 2 sandwiches. One 12 inch and one 6 inch. The bread was so hard that it was actually crumbly on both sandwiches. They were out of tomatoes. Very disappointed. For the price we pay these days I think that quality would be more important. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Honestly this use to be my favorite place to go eat especially since I live so close by & have for 35 years but I'm sick and tired of walking into your restaurant and seeing that once again there are absolutely No Raspberry & white chocolate Cookies! It doesn't matter what time of day I come in. I ask your employees every single time why there are No cookies and I get an excuse every single time! First it's oh our oven is off, or Mid day shift didn't make any or its to late in the day to make some? Seriously?! What is the point of having cookies/ Cookie Dough if your not going to cook/Bake your cookies? It cannot take more then 20 minutes to make a batch of cookies In the oven. Come on. Your losing Money & Customers because your staff is to lazy to bake Cookies!? Very irritating 😒

Can we use coupons? Not at this location. Can I use the deal on my Subway app? Only if you order online. What if I just cancel this order and order online? You'll have to wait at least 15 minites before the order comes through. Can scan to get points? Nope, Scanner is broke. Then he asks me to tip...

I came in on my lunch break at 1:00. When I arrived, there was a large family ordering several sandwiches. The poor girl behind the counter was going as fast as she could, but with only one employee on duty, and no back ups she just couldn't keep up. I saw several people come in and walk out because of the wait time. I finally ordered my sandwich after waiting 20 minutes. Hey corporate! Maybe you should staff your establishments during peak lunch times.

It's takes ONE BAD APPLE to ruin the bunch... One incredibly rude sandwich maker will ultimately force me to take my Family to a different store. It's my Neighborhood Store but it's NOT worth the hassle! Here I come Five Mile Shopping Ctr... Anything's better than how I was treated by an AARP card holder behind the counter. Good Bye...
