Panda Express

Did an online order and made the mistake to have it made at 5:30 instead of 5:00. I called them to see if they could change the time and without hesitating they said they would. They were incredibly kind and willing to help out EVEN with a line. Best customer service in a long time. Shout out to the panda team! Thank you

This review is for the Northtown mall food court location. We stopped in today prior to a movie and as we were having out plates made another employees was scraping already packaged food back into the dishes mixed with other food. Kinda gross, especially since it was caked with other food, she scraped both shrimp and orange chicken back into the bowl caked with rice. Im assuming she'd done this many times as both our fried rice had almonds mixed into it. My husband felt ill after eating his plate. Not sanitary, and irritating to pay for reheated gross food.

Very frustrated with our experience. We were significantly overcharged for our meal and when I brought this to the attention of the staff (immediately after the transaction) they did not or would not comprehend the matter. I requested the manager and the manager likewise struggled to comprehend the situation but finally acknowledged that I was correct but refused to refund our transaction and recharge us correctly because the transaction was finished and we had “already taken our food.” Note that I was standing at the register this entire time and had never walked away; this entire exchange happened in the time I was standing there. The manager offered to give me some sides in the equivalent value that I had been overcharged and condescendingly told me to be more mindful the next time. I started to leave but turned around to get my receipt. I was told by staff that they’d already given to us and didn’t have it, but they had not. I have had very good customer service experiences with Panda Express in the past but I will likely avoid ever returning to this location.

Usually I don't expect much when I eat at the mall. It's not really anyone's fault but there busy and deal with alot. Today when I went to get some Chow Mien, the lady (Shannen) behind the counter was really nice. I asked if she could get me some noodles with very little vegetables and she offered to make me a fresh bowl without any. It was really nice and considerate. Here's hoping they continue to good customer service 😊

Just wanted chow mein and teriyaki chicken the chicken was all fat and the lady gave me orange chicken when I didn’t ask for any there were no fortunes in either of my fortune cookies and I said I wanted a sprite as I walked away she yells that she forgot to charge me for it terrible service would not recommend
