Denny's

It's a Denny's so you should know what to expect. As a New Jersey local, I'm familiar with a good quality diner. We are the diner capital of the country. Denny's is a great diner experience with a lot of great food. It's also the best diner I was able to find in this area. I tried other places, but no one could make breakfast as good as Denny's. Not sure why people are so crazy about Waffle House in the south. It pales in comparison. Much larger menu, they actually mix cheese into your hash browns if you order them. Waffle House throws a slice on it and calls it a day.

I've been to this Denny's quite a few times, and I have a favorite waiter it just happens. Andy absolutely lights up my day no matter what, and it would be a lie if I didn't say that I've requested to be put in his area. I went to Denny's Friday morning after being isolated in my house for 2 weeks, recovering from being deathly sick and then finding out that my mom needs to be put in hospice care. I was in one of those kind of moods that you just stare at the ceiling all day thinking about what has to get done but your body just can't. All I wanted was for somebody else to pour me coffee. I went to denny's knowing that they don't do stuffed French toast, but I was hungry on the last and wanted a hot cup of coffee. I was already happy to see Andy smiling when I was seated, but then his over the top help to satisfy my craving for stuffed French toast even though it was not the same it definitely hit the craving. I don't know if he could tell that I needed it that day, but every bit of his attentiveness to detail while I sat alone just scrolling my phone and eating my food was so well needed. He even brought me a to-go cup of coffee that after my 4th cup of coffee I probably didn't need but I really did. Tell me again why people don't tip 100% at breakfast? Like cmon. He deserves everybit and more, and I will keep coming back to this dennys because of him. Thank you for being you Andy.

I stopped for breakfast with my son and daughter in law we were seated right away our waitress was pleasant and attentive she took our order as soon as we decided what we wanted . The food was good it came out warm and we did not have to wait a long time for it. The only issue that we had was my daughter in laws silverware was not clean and we had to ask for new silverware the waitress was very concerned and apologetic overall it was a good dining experience.
