Dunkin'

I don't know if it's just today or something, but there was a different manager and she was extremely rude. Normally we have a good experience at this location with the other workers but today was something else. First off, there was a long line so we were automatically a lot more understanding with them since we know it's probably hectic in there trying to fill everyone's orders. But, we get to the menu and the lady taking our order is so rude, she says she can't hear us and when we are literally yelling our order and she has a huge attitude issue. We get up to the window and the manager comes to the window and tells us that we need to speak up when they tell us they can't hear us because the speaker is under the car and a lot of people think it's up near the speaker box (where it should be) but it isnt and she rudely relays that if the girl told us she couldn't hear us, we should've spoke up. And then decides to throw on "okay, honey?" at the end like rude older women do to mask their bad attitude. Maybe they should get the speaker fixed then??? Instead of demanding people scream out their orders? I keep my mouth shut, repeating in my head that theres a long line so they probably had a bad morning. She closes the window and my husband and I discuss that they should probably fix the speaker and that today everyone's really rude, they must've heard me because it got worse from there. Then they go on to tell me they don't have sesame bagels, I say an everything bagel is okay then. They proceed to give us everything we ordered but the bagel. And I'm telling you people, they did it on purpose because how would they know exactly what to tell the worker that fixed our order what was missing. The line was extremely long so we waited at the front door and someone brings out the bag with a newly made bagel that we watched them make therefore they didn't even bother to make the bagel and they knew exactly what was missing to tell a worker who wasnt even involved in the situation before to make. Neither of the women involved bothered to come out with the bagel because they all had an attitude that we even came back for it and passed the task off to someone else. I hope they leave and we get the other people back because they ruined our experience here and we honestly appreciated having a food place we could count on.

Very good usually. However, I do not see the point of using the app to preorder if I have to sit in the drive-through line to pick it up. It means I still have to wait. So maybe they should start allowing us to come back inside to pick our orders up. I've already been sitting in this line for 10 minutes ordered something almost 15 minutes ago

Every time I go to this Dunkin’s the older woman with colorful hair is always AWFUL to her team. I worked at Starbucks and understand how stressful it is being understaffed and having huge lines. I would NEVER speak to my team the way she does. You can tell she was just stressing them all out even more. And as a customer it’s very obvious she’s in a bad mood pretty much 24/7 and stomps around like an adult toddler throwing a tantrum. I feel bad for everyone working there with a manager like that.

I went to get a hot chocolate at about 6-7pm and Melissa (employee) was in the back doing dishes as I waited so I went to the back room and had to say something to get her attention. I wouldn’t think she was an employee as she was wearing a purple long sleeve shirt and was told it was because there was bad management, which makes no sense. I’ve came in multiple times and employees are wearing regular clothes and sloppy hoody’s (unprofessional). was told they were all out of regular hot chocolate, wouldn’t you think they would stock up on hot chocolate as winter time is now here?
