Order 4 junkyard fries for my son and grandkids, now mind you all is under 8 years old and made it clear no jalapeno and said that twice no jalapeno and got home and they all had jalapeno. Tried to call the restaurant to complain and I have already called 6 times and they will not answer the phone and gas is to expensive to drive all the way back. I'm very upset because I couldn't even eat them must less 4 kids under 8. Waste of money

Went to Krystal tonight and this is what I received... sadly this isn't the first time this has happened. I ordered 3 meals which are expensive and all of the Krystal looked like this they were hard as a rock. To say the least I made food at home. The chili cheese fries were cold the cheese also stale like it had been sitting all day. Will be going back to get a refund tomorrow.

Went to get food ordered 12 Krystals wings and chili cheese fries they forgot to put the wings down so they gave me the rest of my food told me to wait that they forgot to put wings down so my other food was cold and nasty. I told them I wanted to have my other food cooked fresh they said they just cooked it. I was 3 weeks ago and I won't be back

witnessed so many health violations…. Employees touching food and not wearing gloves all day, Employees vaping/smoking in the kitchen, roaches and other bugs found on and around the food. One of the guys that work here I went to school with, he was the guy who touched himself in class all day, now he works here touching your food with his bare hands…his name is Connor Please, DONT eat here. You will get sick. I have tried calling the number that the owner keeps responding to the other reviews on here and the number is disconnected
