I love how they give back to the locals more than any other casino in the Reno and Sparks area. They can be a little better with there customer service when in regards to security and how they deal with things being stolen from there. My bike was on the rack right up front and locked up. It was stolen off the rack and when I told security about it they told me that they don't have cameras there because it was too dark and didn't even take an incident report or document anything at all. They simply replied we can call the police.for.you and that's all we can do. Well wouldnt you need an incident report from the casino to collaborate with this police report I need to make for a $1500 bike stolen off your property. I mean they don't even patrol outside on the premisses. Thats why I am only Rating 3 Stars. I feel that the Customer needs to feel safe as well as their comfort level needs to be satisfied to know that while we are spending money in your establishment, you have our best interests in mind. And safety and security is a huge one for me. And I know I can speak for at least 100 other members. Thank you for your time. When I see a change I'll change my review as well.

Speaking as one of your senior cliental, I'm glade that you still have some of our older favorite gaming machines. The tendency to move to the newer video games by a lot of the small casinos is not looking out for there senior customers. We have visited your location ever since the Shy Clown was the name there and it is because you continue to use older games, it is why we keep coming there. The newer games are fun to play but, honestly, even though it shows one cent play, it is really a dollar game if you play max coins. Now to the reason for only three stars. Your restaurant and coffee shop has in my opinion gone down hill. We know that "The Empire Restaurant" isn't a steakhouse but, we feel that putting more money in to quality food and more efficient help, would be better spent. Instead, there seems to be a microbrewery in the works. I hope that it will have the food and service that the Empire used to have.

Smallest desserts ever. Paid $5.00 each for two desserts. Both were smaller than a players club card. Thought it was a gag at first. Joke was on us... That was the size. (After this post I was contacted by the GM of the casino. He was very nice and informed me the product was not up to their standards, and he would be replacing them immediately. This was a great response and I respect the answer and appreciate the response. Very classy move on Balldinis part. I will be back.) Increased from one star to four stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Thanks

We like coming in to enjoy a burger. Food is always good. Today, as we went to sit down to enjoy our meal, EVERY table was dirty, incl the seats and under/around the tables. We were shocked due to the covid and sanitizing crisis we are all having to deal with right now. We wiped our table with a handi wipe before sitting down. My working at another casino myself, our tables, seats, and such are sanitized constantly after guests leave the tables and or slot games.
