I enjoy the food for the most part, but they changed something and the chicken tenders are not as crispy as they once were. The so called extra crispy is not. I also didn't like the fact that the prices doubled on everything. I for one can't afford to eat out anymore. 😥

Went for late dinner, bought 24pc, but they were outta crispy, would have had to wait an hour...gave a mix of what they had available, ended up with only 1(one) breast! And still charged full price! Oh, but got a "free" chocolate cake...woo-hoo

Biscuits were super hard. Got the 8 piece bucket, they ran out of the chicken and had to substitute other pieces. Chicken was very dry. Customer service was bad and the manager who took our order wasnt on point. She Didnt know anything about what was going on in the place.

I would give it less if I could. The people ordering before us took 20 minutes to finish getting their order. We get our food and it's wrong and the kid that sounds like Ehor taking orders and then gives us attitude cause our order was screwed up. Asked for the manager who didn't care and got smart with us. What happened to customer service. This younger generation is horrible.

Today we had a family gathering at my parents home.. to say good by to my father . This is his last houres . He is passing away fast. But with his family there to love him and care for him he will go in peace. With happy thoughts and alot of love in his Hart. . .and we had to eat . So KFC helped us out today. Thankyou KFC.

November, 2017. My experiences here have always been good. Friendly staff, fast service and good food. Pictured is the $20 Fill Up Meal. The green beans at this location seem to usually have too much black pepper and the take-out chicken is sometimes slightly undercooked when they are very busy. I've never had a problem when I ate inside the restaurant.

Order was wrong and we had to get it corrected 3 times. When we spoke to the manager he did not care said he stopped this chicken fresh himself. Come on it wasn't edible. Never going back!

The last few times I have come in for lunch have been excellent. The hispanic guy taking orders at the drive-thru is very polite and professional. My order is always correct, on time, and the quality is exceptional. I definitely recommend and will continue to come here. Thanks for the awesome service.
