Just bought 2 20oz americanos with heavy creme no flavor and got charged 10.40... Board says a 20oz americano is 3.65x2 would be 7.30 let's say u guys are charging $1 per serving of cream, which would be ridiculous, but whatever we're at $9.30 at 10% tax were still at $10.23.. looked at the receipt and there's no brake down of how you got to 10.40 either

They put zero flavoring into my iced coffee. They also made our smoothie into something weird. It’s not even a smoothie and they got the flavors wrong. Asked for no whipped cream and got whipped cream. Charged $15 for these two drinks they messed up so poorly. The worst part it took 3 employees to make them…

the girl marked my free punch after i paid. the last time they did that, i was told that my free punch was used even though it was not and i did not get my free coffee. when i tried to explain this; the girl wanted to argue about how it doesnt matter. i don't usually go to this cafe elite. i usually go to a different location which has a different owner than this location!

I don't know who is in charge of training, but every single drink we have ever ordered from here is perfect, we have gone to another Coffee stand that is closer, but every drink they make manages to separate or curdle almost immediately. This place has mastered the art of making a delicious drink each and every time. We go here all the time, so worth the extra drive time, super friendly people as well!
