Burger King

If they can't give us a receipt or your credit card back and then are incredibly rude and hang up on you when you called to ask about it it puts customer service in a whole new light. That doesn't include sandwiches that aren't cooked fully, finding hair in our food. Ordering extra bacon and cheese but not getting any. Then saying that your manger ganna call us back to fix this. Yet I'm still waiting on that call. It's time we go elsewhere!

The worst fast food place around here. Food is allways prepared wrong or something is cold or isn't cooked good enough. Food allways smells like raw or old oil. 2x been here both bad experiences. Dining room is allways closed workers just stand there and talking. Probably closed because they are to lazy to clean the tables and chairs.

So I order a Texas double burger with Xtra tomato Xtra onions. And what did I get when I got home. A single burger with no tomato and no onions. This was not the first time they have gotten my order wrong or incomplete ( missing items) this has got to be the worst BK I've ever been to. Not any more. Going to drive to Graham.

Order errors happen, thats no reason for a negative review. But when you order chicken fries and you're told you gotta pay 25 cents for a sauce... and they forget your onion rings so you go back through....and get someone else's entire order instead of your onion rings... and there is one tomato instead of two on your deluxe chicken sandwich... and no pickles on the other chicken sandwich just a bun and a chicken patty... and the thinnest bit of mayo on your kids original chicken sandwich... like legit dry af, might as well serve it with no mayo... this is the worst BK ever. Spend five minutes driving up Pac Ave to the other one, you won't regret it. Not sure if its employees who straight don't care to do their job right, managers who are trying to rush, or a franchise owner who is trying to be as cheapskate as physically possible. But this one is a DUD!

This had to be the WORST food ever! This BK is in our new neighborhood and after moving for 2 days we were hungry. Ordered 2 whoppers, 2 chicken sandwiches, 4 lrg fries and 4 nugetts. I am not sure how OLD this food was. I was so disgusted didn't take pics. No lettuce/sauce on chick sandwich, had a wilted piece on whoppers no onions a thin single tomato. The fries were actually raw. I will be contacting manager/franchise owner to report. I will never return to this BK again.
