It's lovely place very welcoming the coffee is better than Costa
Probably one of our favourite Nero's. Staff are always friendly. Plenty of seating and if the weather is good lots of outdoor seats too.
They only had one lady working at the time and a line was forming. After ordering we got our drink quickly but the panini and porridge took about 10 minutes. The service needs improving.

Typical Nero products as you would expect. Lovely corner position at the entrance to Springfield shopping centre with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Great to sit out in the spacious surrounding on a glorious hot day enjoying a fruit burst and frappe.
