Dunkin'

I had a simple order just a ham, egg, and cheese on a croissant. Wasn’t asked if I wanted it toasted or not. But they proceeded to burn the sandwich and serve it to me. As this was the only thing I had time to eat for the whole day I was pretty upset. Also I overheard employees talking through the open window in the drive through talking about how they don’t know how to do things and are confused. It seems like the staff definitely needs better training at this location. Hopefully the management takes time to properly train employees. But in the meantime I won’t be going back to this location ..some people may like their food burnt but I definitely don’t.

I was disappointed that they didn't have the flavors of swirl I like in my coffee... The crew member helping me suggested something else which I went with, but it didn't make up for not having what I wanted. Overall the coffee tasted fine, the reading is due to cleanliness. While there both my husband and I needed to utilize the facilities, my husband attempted to go into the men's bathroom only for the toilet to be filled with urine and toilet paper then not flushing at all. He ended up using the women's bathroom and I attempted to tell the worker that the men's bathroom needed attention... He answered with, "it's okay" I explained in more detail just how bad it was and that they may need a plumber... He responded with, "okay, thanks"but continued standing there talking amongst the other employees. The women's restroom could have also used some attention, but it wasn't nearly as bad as the men's.

All I can say is that today at 11AM the right crew was working. The woman at the speaker was on point and quick. At the window the young woman was so nice and patient for me to set my card down before some usually shove you your food and drink and receipt and change all at once haha Overall it was a great morning for Dunkin’ our order was perfect and tasty! Thank you

The 3:20 pm shift very unorganized resulting in cars leaving out of line which i might add was only 4 cars. Instead of competing an order they go on to other things. The wait at the window after paying was about 8 minutes. A very simple order. And the frozen coffee was terrible. I let her know and she ignored me. Won't ever go here again

Sunday, March 7, 2021 at 10:56 AM I went through the drive-through to place an order for an ice coffee and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese as I drove up to the window I noticed another employee pre-making the egg sandwiches for the day or the week as I was watching her I noticed her wearing gloves and touching the computer screen periodically and then touching the food which is it really nasty that done it for me I won’t ever be ordering another sandwich again period !
