Just Like Mom's

Just like mom's is mine and my husband's favourite breakfast place! We have brought our entire family here for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions many times over the years. The prices are great and the staff are so friendly! They remember our order when we call in for takeout now, so maybe we are ordering a bit too often! Their traditional breakfast is my favourite, and the homemade biscuits with jam can't be beat. I definitely recommend them!

Had the skillet for a late breakfast and was very happy with how yummy it was! Nice to have a restaurant that truly cares for the food they’re serving. Surprisingly fast for how busy it was. The staff were also extremely nice and you can tell how hard they were working to ensure everyone got their orders in a timely manner

They are way too understaffed, they took 2 hours to serve us food. The staff were so kind but the owner needs to hire desperately. There is no reason for there to be only one waitress on a holiday. The food was decent but a two hour wait was not worth it. I would not recommend if you don’t have a LOT of time to waste. We ate our food faster than it took to be seated. Wish they warned us about the wait. Very well priced. I know the owner responds. All I have to say. Is please please fix these problems, y’all have so much potential. In addition: I searched the web to see if I could find any job listings, there was non. ANYWHERE. Staying understaffed when u make no effort to hire is BAD costumer service. Actively choosing to make customers waste their day in a dirty dingy diner when they could be at the beach is a bad business practice. ESPECIALLY when every other business in the area is able to maintain proper staff during the busy season; when how many teenager are able to work. It makes you wonder why people don’t wanna work there. You guys don’t care about your customers, and definitely don’t care about your business. Word of advice just shut down.

Don't go here if you don't have time to wait! 3 times I've tried to get breakfast here. Today I was there when they opened and actually got a table, but 25 minutes later, still no breakfast, when I inquired as to how much longer they said 10 more minutes!. I was told they had many orders ahead of me but I would have time to get to my appointment. 35 minutes to get bacon and eggs is not a good look for a "breakfast restaurant."
