Mandy is such a light in those early mornings waiting for the train. She’s always smiling and remembering things we have previously spoken about. I love getting to see her as part of my day while I’m waiting for the train and just chatting to her. Her positivity is contagious and she makes my mornings that much better.

Mandy is the absolute sweetest lady you’ll ever find on platform 1 at Southampton Central Station! Lovely atmosphere, great, friendly service with a smile. Always look forward to grabbing my coffee before jumping on the train to work.

What a lovely coffee stop with equally lovely staff! I was in a rush swapping trains on platform 4. I asked if the staff could make me a quick coffee!
The coffee was (a) made very quickly; but (b) was absolutely fantastic! To the two staff (guy and girl) - thank you! You were both great! I hope you continue with the speedrun-timed coffees!!!
