Mcdonald's

Went to this outlet for the first time . People mostly buy drive through here . It was empty inside . Nice large screen to order things and pickup. There is also a curb side pick up available . As always love their breakfast menu and frappes. Cheeseburgers and fries are ok ✅. Not a big fan ... fan of their chicken crispy sandwich …. Service was quick and had a quick meal … lots of parking outside .. overall a good experience … 👍👍👍👍

I placed an order at 2:17pm while parked in spot 4. After 25 mins, my order went away. Walked in The manger refuses to help, or even acknowledge I was missing my order. She was extremely rude. She did not care about me or my missing order. She proceeded to help everyone around me that came after me. She didn't not even bother to look at me and see what was missing. I would hate to think this is an issue about gender or skin color.. really felt like it. It hurts because it MacDonalds and no reason to be treated like this 😮‍💨

never will i go to this horrendous mcdonald’s ever again. the workers do not care about you. they got my ordered wrong and told me that was my order? like im telling you YOU made it wrong & on top of that want to tell me that IM wrong? there’s a boy that is about 5’8 with black short hair and is spanish, super rude. stared at every customer and didn’t acknowledge them. not a hello or give me one moment. the manager shes short, spanish, has grey hair, just tells the customers that theres no workers so to just wait. meanwhile we waited 35 minutes to place one order that took more than 20 min. i ordered a chocolate shake and she gave me a shamrock shack and told me that thats the machine’s fault and that she couldn’t do anything about it?? i was trying to use coupons and they told me that they were fake?? when they literally came in the mail and said mcdonald's on oak tree road, and they were absolutely real. so unprofessional. they basically only care about the drive through but the people inside are highly unimportant to them. - super rude - poor customer service - gave wrong orders and declared they made it right - told me my real coupons were fake - manager is unprofessional - lack of respect for others

Your typical McD. No real issues with this location. Tried the new Spicy chicken sandwich. It was just okay. Wouldn't try it again, not worth the almost $5 for the sandwich. Tried the new McDs donut and it tasted okay. Not bad for under $2. It's a round donut that can be broken apart into munchkin like quantities.
