I just tried calling Baskin Robbins to ask questions about ordering a custom ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. I was asked to hold briefly, and waited on hold for almost 7 minutes. It wouldn't have been a big deal if the lady had answered any of the 6 calls I made after that. I heard Baskin Robbins did amazing cakes, but at this point I'm a bit disappointed in the service.

Friendly and helpful staff. Busy during summer months, but not too long of wait. Clean environment. Great selection of flavors and ice cream is fresh.

Great staff, very fun experience. Great personalities and had a good laugh. I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins due to employees going above and beyond.

Workers are always so nice. One day I took my 8 year old to get some ice cream of course and he had to use the restroom. Come to find out they were out of toilet paper. One of the employees went to savemart to buy some. So I really appreciated that. No changing table though for anyone with little ones.

Friendly staff. Cool ice cream flavors. Classic ice cream shop vibe. You can really go all out with your ice cream too. Seems like it'd be fun to work there, the employees don't seem to hate it. You can buy ice cream cakes here too, which is pretty typical of a B-R. They have a little miniature seating area for the kiddos too, which is pretty cute.

The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Gave great recommendations of some of their favorites. The store is very clean and well maintained. Will stop in again next time I am in the Sonora area. The daiquiri ice was very tasty with a good texture.

I love baskin robins ice cream!!! My mom used to bring me and my brother here after soccer games and we would pig out on all our favorite ice creams! Best place to go for a cold cone anytime of the year in Sonora, highly recommend, great staff, friendly, and nice! I wish there were 999x more of friendly staff like they have! Awesome store!

The problem with Baskin Robbins is that they are so good, that everyone wants an ice cream. We've gone here 3 times now and left every time because the had too many people and not enough staff. We weren't the only ones leaving. They lost quite a few customers.
