Had no issues with my drink, but rather the staff. Two employees were present, the one asked what I wanted (a matcha iced latte with light ice) and started making it while the second employee, an older woman with brown/dark hair and glasses, came to the register to check me out. While telling me my total I noticed the first employee had filled my cup all the way up with ice, so I repeated what I said just a few minutes prior and requested light ice. The two looked at each other, then back to me. The woman **very** rudely replies with “well next time make sure you let us know b e f o r e we start making it, okay?” when, in fact, I had! I told her that I did say light ice, she goes (again with an attitude) “yeah I didn’t hear you say that so..” At this point I felt very disrespected and bothered as a customer, I apologized to her for not hearing my initial request. Then she starts going on about how she’s not the one making the drink anyways so it was basically unimportant to her, something along those lines (I wasn’t listening at this point as I just wanted to be done with the whole thing). Terrible experience, only my second time coming to this location and will probably be my last.

I stopped in this week, this place needs new management! This is what my frozen coffee looked like, when I got back to work 5 minutes up the road!! I normally go to the Exxon DD, thought I'd try this one, first time there, WOW!! The two young boys working there made the worst frozen coffees ever!! My frozen coffee was so bad I couldn't even take another sip!! Some training is needed at this place. Never so disappointed!!😡

Just got back with an online order. As usual, I did not get the donut I ordered. This happens every single time but the worst today was an ice cold latte. Coffee is old and cold as if from fridge. And whats with the emoyees constantly running out to the back of the store for supplies. No gloves, right back to fixing the food. I'm done with this place and the nasty lady who own it! Disgusting!

This place has gotten worse and worse over the past 10 years. I've let it go but today aggravated me enough that it's finally time to let people know to avoid this location. The reason I patronize this location is because of proximity and necessity, I can literally walk here from work if I've forgotten to bring something from home. If there was another option, I would go there instead. The only item I get anymore is the cheddar bagel twist. The customer service is to the point that I only ever order on the app so I don't need to interact with anyone behind the counter. Employee turnover is massive here and I have a feeling it's due to the management. My first interaction with the owner was having her shove a receipt at me to go online to take a survey to give them a good review. 1. I don't need a receipt for a cup of coffee 2. you're rude and 3. now I'm going to leave you a terrible review. If there is another Dunkin on your route, I'd probably go there instead. Unless of course ALL Dunkin coffee tastes stale and burnt.

They spent so much money remodeling this Dunkin, and still cannot make a decent cup of coffee. It always taste weak or watered down. I’ve also been given old, burnt and stale coffee. The manger, an older woman with brown hair and glasses is extremely rude. The younger staff are friendly, but never stay, turn around in staff is really high. I’m guessing that’s why they are so inconsistent. It’s a shame because I have to travel farther to go to another location. Tried talking to the owner, but she doesn’t fix anything.

Just walked out of the store, witnessing an employee sneezing while pouring my coffee. No one is wearing masks,l. pandemic or not, I do not like snot in my coffee.

The teenage girls working were more concerned with talking with their friends who were visiting than focusing on my order. When I got home to eat my egg sandwich it was cold. Plus none of the staff were wearing face masks during pandemic.

I'm disappointed that they only use a half sausage patty on their breakfast wrap these days. Definitely not as filling as they used to be.
