Really solid food. The burger was good and juicy. Bar has a great selection; duck fries were good. The mach and cheese could use more flavor and a cheese with a stronger flavor because all the flavor came from the seasoning on top. So unless you mix it well, it's kind of flat. The asparagus also could have used some seasoning or salt. It's still worth going to and getting some food and a drink from.

Went one night without a reservation. The seats at the bar were filled but only two regular tables had people at them. The high tops at the bar were empty and the 4 little couches were occupied by one person. The guy sitting there said the 3 other seats were taken. The place is small and were told all tables were booked for the night, including the high tops. So we ordered some cocktails and stood in the corner at the bar for a bit. The female bartender with dark hair (she’s a waitress too) was so rude and stiff! She seemed annoyed that we were standing there, ordering drinks. She went light on our cocktails only filling our glasses about 2/3 or the way and felt the need to keep reminding us that we couldn’t sit any anywhere because all tables were already reserved. We were told we could sit outside but seating there is for sipping only, no food or waitstaff. While we stood for 30+ minutes waiting for a bar seat to open, NO ONE sat at the bar tables…or the open dining tables…or the 3 open couch seats. We were looking to hang a bit, have drinks, small plates but left because this bartender kept staring us down which made us uncomfortable. Her demeanor was weird, off. It felt as if we were inconveniencing her and invading the space. I recognize now reservations are key if you want to be treated properly here. So I would make one should I decide to give them a try again. However, if this place prefers to lose business, keep hiring unfriendly, awkward staff, allow tables to stay unoccupied and treating your patrons poorly like we were.

I was very impressed. I have never been, even to the town. We walked in as they opened. Liked the space; below street level , nice vibe. The two bartenders were very friendly. It was happy hour and some of the items must have been reduced. We had 6 drinks; 5 food items for 90$. All of the food was very good and compared to many other spots much better. I even ordered one a second time. It's out of my normal path. I met a friend coming thru; I would definitely go back.

Friendly staff and clean outside seating make this a fun and enjoyable place to dine out. We wanted to order more food on top of our small plates but the staff helpfully let us know that what we had ordered was already enough which was nice. All the small plates were great, though we particularly liked the crab cakes. The pork belly fat part was a little under rendered and the meat part a bit over cooked but overall still very tasty. Duck fat fries were a hit too. Indoor seating is available and from what I could see, the tables were all spaced reallllly far apart. Bathrooms available if you wear masks and patio seating is cleaned thoroughly between patrons. We'll be returning soon to try out the truffle pizza and reuben!

Ok I've been living in Bridgewater for 21years and have missed this place. My family and I went here for dinner and it was awesome food. We didn't have to wait for too long to sit and the food came pretty fast. Everything we had was good. Oh yeah we pick off of each other's food ( Lol) so we can see how everything tast. I highly recommend this spot.
