Bad customer service! They forgot some of my pupusas, I called and told them they were missing and the woman was arguing with me that they are there. Then tells me she will check the camera and get back to me. She was mad and was telling the other workers that I must be lying. Unreal. Why would I call and try to get money for 3 pupusas? I order full plates, soups, burritos, everything. I don’t need to lie about a 3 dollar food. I felt super offended and sad that they would treat me like this after all the business I’ve given them and all the referrals I’ve given for them. I probably wouldn’t want to come back because I would feel embarrassed. I would check your food before leaving so that you don’t have the same issue as me, you do not want to deal with the ladies on the phone.
