It is a good thing that the chicken was good because everything else was unacceptable. First, the lids were not on the gravy nor the cole slaw, so I had a slight mess, when I got back to work. Second and most important, I had no plastic ware or utensils nor did I have any napkins. When I went up into the store to pick up my online order, I went to the counter to ask a question as I was hit with "no orders at the counter, drive thru only!" Needless to say that this younger generation with their lack of decorum, common decency, respect and unacceptable customer service. KFC hires anyone with a pulse and half of a mind it seams.

The food here is terrible. Employees would not provide all dark meat option and they had no extra crispy, and would not make it fresh for me if o waited. Then I got home and the chicken was dry and seriously undersized…. See the picture for an example of a leg that came in my 30 dollar meal. Please just go to other chicken places or KFC locations and let this location fade away.

I stayed at the Hampton across the street and went to go get a quick burrito at Taco Bell/KFC. It took over 15 mins for them to get my beefy 5 layer to me. But that being said, it was probably the best burrito I’ve ever gotten at a Taco Bell. It was noticeably larger and had a lot more filling than I’ve ever gotten at a Taco Bell. Overall it’s a good location and semi clean restaurant. Service can be slow as other reviews have said. Edit: Day 2 I’ve been in a row and again two beefy five layer burritos and a water $3.18. Best burritos I’ve gotten at any Taco Bell and they gave me three cookies because it did take them another 10 mins to make my order. I’m upping the rating from 3 to 4 even though the restaurant is a little dirty.

Today was the worst drive through experience ever!!! Since they closed the dine in, the only choice was to use the drive through, due to my deafness i wasn't able to order my good at the speaker box instead i pulled to the window i showed the employee my order, she told me to park over there cause she needed to receive the money from the car behind me i was confused cause this never happened to me before i was able to place my order at the window and pay for it without being asked to pull out....the employees came out telling me to go around and pay my order, again i was co fused as to why i have to go around AGAIN? ....another line to wait and wait til i get to the window the second time i paid my ordered but was confused why it was less than i expected i told her did u get 2 ordered she nod said i got it then she gives me the bag i said i order 2!!! She said oh i did not know that u have to go around the drive thru again i said that it i wanna speak to manager I was so furious and i did not like the manager at all she was yelling at me talking too fast i was unable to understand her i was yelling telling why i have to go around again for the 3rd time this shouldn't have happened and u people closed the dine room, u expect people who cant hear to keep going around the drive thru several times foe them.to get their order i think NOT!!!!

Just like every other review left for this location, the food was awful. Ordered off uber eats a 4 piece chicken meal. Received 3 pcs of chicken, no biscuit and fries instead of mashed potatoes. What is the most ridiculous thing is there was a sticker on the box with my whole order listed it on it correctly. If you guys don't want to do your job, then just don't do it. I called up to the store and some girl tell me not to be upset about the order being wrong and to come back up there and they will remake it. That show's me she wasn't even paying attention, I ordered it on Uber eats, if I was able to leave work I would have been in the drive through the first time, and I always check it before leaving especially there. They are always the works KFC/TACO BELL in the area. They need to close this one down or get some management that actually cares about the product they are putting out.

Worst taco bell/kfc ive ever visited, i had a simple order of two items and both where screwed up, how hard is it to make nacos and a taco. I asked for plain meat and cheese nachos and meat and cheese taco yet i got "beans" on my nachos and lettuce on my taco. Highly disappointed and i will never visit this location again.
