Mcdonald's

I'm not quite how to rate this place. It was a Sunday, about 2PM, and I stopped in for a snack. I seldom use the Drive-thru of any place and went inside. There were about eight customers sitting at the various tables eating their orders. There were two customers ahead of me and the counter person took all our orders. The two customers and I had to wait for our orders. I noticed that several orders were brought out to the customers already seated. During my wait, several other customers came in and waited at the counters for more than several minutes. They waited patiently; however, I did not, I yelled to the staff that there were customers waiting to place their orders. All of the staff seem to be working, filling orders, but I was ignored. There was one staff member bussing the tables. I told them that there were customers waiting at the counter and no one seemed to care. She said she would taker care of it. A few minutes later my order came out, I decided to take it to go. I noticed those customers leaving without ever having placed their order. Once again, it seemed that all of the staff was working, it seemed that there were plenty of staff working, I just can't imagine how they got so far behind...

This time everything was cold. Cold egg and cheese biscuits and cold hash browns. Yum. I only do McDonald's once or twice a year so this was a let down. Luckily, there's a flock of seagulls next door at Brown's Automotive that like cold McDonald's food and they ended up chasing us out of the parking lot which was pretty fun. Look at this fish fillet. That's how they do you in Smithfield.

This McDonalds is great in the mornings but something about that night crew. Nothing but attitudes and nothing annoys me more than hearing “is that it” when you haven’t even finished your sentence yet. Tonight my husband went here and ordered my food and asked for a large fry, cheeseburger and an m&m McFlurry and they gave him the worst attitude after cutting him off multiple times during his order to ask if he was done.. then gave him his food without the mc flurry and then looked dumb founded when he asked for his mc flurry. They put ice cream in a cup and poured m&ms on top WITHOUT EVEN ATTEMPTING TO MIX IT. Like it’s never mixed good regardless but they didn’t even attempt to mix it tonight. Then gets home to see a small fry and not the large he paid for. Worst experience ever.
