I had to ask for a sleeve for my hot coffee cup.
Most of the hot cups in the shop did not have sleeves.
Does Starbucks have a "ask for hot cup sleeves" policy now?
Also my drink instructions weren't followed....why ask how we want our drinks if you are not going to follow our requests?
