Disappointing service at the white sands outlet. Repeated my order of fish fillet meal twice to them and the lady at the counter nodded before adding chicken nasi lemak to the receipt. Served me the meal and when I got home I realised it was wrong. I don't think such mistakes are reflective of a shop's standard but this time the fact that I even repeated it twice and was very clear makes it all the more disappointing. To make matters worse, I don't even eat meat. What a waste of money. Very disappointed

I am a frequent customer of this stall since the opening. The food and chicken wings were great initially, but sadly the food quality is becoming from bad to worst. The chicken wings no longer taste yummy and taste cold and hard many times. I have been hoping their standard would improved but today after buying 4 packets of chicken wings nasi lemak, I gave up any hope , it was simply awful... I would be patronizing this stall again.

3 stars and I’m being generous. Finally tried the oh so famous Crave nasi lemak only because there was a ShopBack deal, otherwise I probably will never have tried it. Expectations were set and duly met. It was a reasonable plate of nasi lemak lor. I couldn’t fault anything but there was nothing special at all. Anything worse than Crave’s should never be sold. Here’s what’s good: staff was generous with the cucumber, the chilli was sort of tasty though it lacked a punch, the peanuts were crunchy, rice was fragrant and had a good consistency, chicken wing was nice and hot. Everything lacked flavour though and as a whole package, sorely mediocre. Will I return? At its usual price, no. If it’s free, or on a bargain sale, yes. To be fair - decent if it was priced at $3.

They have improved on how they serve the orders compared to when they 1st opened here @ WhiteSands. But need to not overlook quality control. We had 2 orders of the spicy otak, one was very dry - like overcooked. The sambal is not what I remembered it to be from my 1st visit. Otherwise we enjoyed our meal here.
