Pezzo

Hi.. This is a feedback from a very upset family!! Last night at about 9pm I called Pezzo Star Vista to make an enquiry. My family and I had plan a supper and very much wanted to order from Pezzo, one of our favourite pizza joints. But what we were not sure about is the operation timings and what is the last order timing as we had planned to make the order tru foodpanda delivery. My call was answered by a man,unsure of the ethnic group. When I ask him what is the last order timing if I want to order from pezzo tru foodpanda, he rudely asked where I was calling from and after I answered, "Holland Close", he so call "corrected" me that I called Star Vista Pezzo which I clearly was aware!! Again I asked him the same question and he clearly and boldly said LAST ORDER IS 9.30PM!! So at around 9.25pm I went into foodpanda apps and made an order!! To my surprise, it promted me that Pezzo Star Vista is now close and operating hours were said to be 10.00am-9.00pm on weekdays and 10.00am-8.30pm on weekends!!! I was so upset and so were my family!! Your staff could have told me that they are already close for the day when I called!!! Foodpanda delivery is not new!! Your staff should be well informed.and answered to queries according to their common sense knowledge!! As per what I know foodpanda islandwide delivery is on till 12midnight everyday!! So it's the individual food store or joints to know their operations timings and last orders for online!!! Pezzo staff and Pezzo have really made us so upset that we did not have our planned supper last night!! I want this to escalate to higher management and expedite the actions on this or I will write the same in facebook, ig and so on!!!
