When I was wandering around the WESTGATE mall, fresh baked smell and delicious looking pastries caught my eyes.
It deserves 5 star if their food and customer service are good

You guys are opened at 7 am. I've been coming in quite early 10-1030am, pls at least get your shio pan ready 😭 Don't expect me to wait like 1½ - 2 hours. A little ridiculous... I'm on my way to work, that's the best bread I ever wanted. When it came back I bought it everyday. You guys are so late since last week... 🥺

Spacious lounge with great coffee and pastries for romantic high tea. Friendly fast attentive cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats locals visitors and families.

The outlet is conveniently located on the walkway between Jurong East MRT and Westgate. There is a wide selection of breads and cakes available. The must try item is their floss bun. And apart from the bakery, you also have a choice of dining in the Cafe next door.

I like the small cafeteria located within this Breadtalk branch. The prices for their hot beverages are more expensive than those sold in Toast Box, but are of better quality. The only flaw is the cafeteria area is a bit small and therefore cannot take in too many customers.

Thanks for the lady making this great coffee and breakfast for me. I am from New Zealand and have tried a lot of coffees in Jurong East area, including some famous brands, but BreadTalk is the best coffee experience. They not only make good breads, but also excellent coffee too.

Worst customer experience. Two cashiers are very rude. They behave in such a way that you feel like they are doing a favour to you by serving you!
