Second time visiting! Came back for the beef tongue for sure - must try. The Wagyu and marinated beef were good as well. Food was excellent, the only thing I would warn you is that the grill is extremely hot and the fan is not working. Throughout our 1.5hr of meal time, I had to use a cold towel to cool myself down 😅 but other than that, will keep visiting for special occasions (not cheap haha)

We had reservation at this restaurant @3.30pm, we choose to eat at this timing because it was not peak hour, less people so we can have a good table to enjoy food. We reached on time and the whole restaurant was empty except one table occupied. The staff seat us at bar table but I told her that I prefer to sit inside instead of this one near the entrance. The staff told me inside was fully booked so we cannot sit inside. I listened to her and started to order food, after a while I asked the staff again whether inside table available the answer was NO still. At this timing the weather was super hot and the sun glare reflection from the car outside can shine into our eyes, I have no choice to ask my boyfriend block the sunlight (with his body) away from me while we are having our food. Around 10mins later there was one couple walked in without reservations, the staff asked them to sit inside table directly. At this moment I couldn’t stand anymore because my boyfriend was still blocking the sunlight away for me and the whole restaurant inside table was EMPTY!!! I asked again why they can have a table inside without booking but we booked in advance cannot have the table we preferred and the answer was just now got cancellations. They did not change the table for us after that and the staff showed the face like nothing happened and ignored us expect the chef was explaining to us. This was my worst experience and no matter the taste of food I cannot accept the service and attitude of the staff. Until we leaving the restaurant the table inside was still empty. What’s the point of reservation? 🙂

I've dined here multiple times before but this is the first time in 2 years. We made a reservation for 2 pax and got the counter seat, which we preferred as we liked watching the preparation of dishes. The dishes were yummy and nicely seasoned. Had the raw beef with egg, their signature ox tongue, spicy rib eye, miso short ribs, and four stomach. Would only suggest to avoid the four stomach as it came in huge slices and was chewy and rubbery thus hard to swallow. Spent $150 for 2 pax. Service was alright. It was easy to catch the attention of the waitress and she was responsive.
