Bojangles

I am upset with myself for continuing to give this place a chance. Literally every time my order is wrong in some way. For example, I can't tell you the number of times I've ordered unsweetened tea and gotten sweet tea. Nobody seems to care about the myriad of errors when I go back in. I once went back in and waited at least 10 minutes for unsweetened tea. Not to be brewed, mind you, just to bring it out. It's an embarrassment of an establishment.

Wow. I sat in the drive-thru 15 minutes before I even got to the speaker!! And then I had another 15 minute wait until I got to the window!! And then they told me to pull to the side!! I waited 20 minutes before my food came out!! And it was cold!! I also got no condiments or napkins and no straws for the drinks!! I yelled at the employee to come back. She turned around and looked at me so I know she heard me but she kept on walking!! So, we're talking about nearly an hour to get food in the drive-thru for this??!! I went home and reheated the food. And then I got online and contacted corporate. I received absolutely no response!! As I can see from at least one other comment, it seems that Bojangles doesn't consider customer input very important. Okay, that's fine! I will NOT ever visit ANY Bojangles ever again!! There are far too many choices out there to give my business to a place such as this and I suggest you do the same!!

Every time we go to this location we use the drive through service. Apparently some of the employees are more concerned with goofing off and being loud , instead of doing their job and helping their fellow employees. You can actually hear them in the background through the speaker and the person taking the order can’t even hear well enough to work efficiently. EVERY TIME we are missing things from our order. We should not have to check the bag and then wait or pull back around to wait OR make the mistake of not checking and get home without all we paid for. We’ve been going to a different location but wish this could be dealt with and managed because this the closest one to us. Thank you 🙏🏻

I was so excited when I found out they were opening a Bojangles restaurant near my house. I ate there a few times and the food was okay. After while I started hearing negative things about the restaurant from my colleagues. I refused to believe that. However the last four times that I've eaten there I've either gotten cold, hard or burned french fries. Today I went in and had the same experience with hard burned french fries. The person at the counter was very pleasant and kind and apologetic. He replaced my French fries. However the new fries we're just as bad. I did not have the heart to bring them back in the restaurant again. I think this will be my last time eating at that Bojangles. I would rather drive all the way to Laurens Road to the new Bojangles and get my food there.
