Usually I don't write negative reviews, but this time I feel I have to.
I ordered gotcha matcha (my favorite drink) and wasn't able to drink it because it was Horrible. I don't know what ingredients they put in it, but it didn't look anything it was supposed to look and tasted very bad.

My friend and I frequent this Jamba Juice quite regularly. At first it just because of the location and, well, it's smoothies. Each time we went we had a wonderful experience. The clerks were all congenial, helpful, accurate, and prompt. Now with the added food options, I use it as an alternative to other fast food joints. Overall they are fantastic crew of people that serve delicious treats.

The juices and the smoothies are very delicious. But this last visit I was very disappointed in the fact that they ran out of ingredients to make their drinks. This particular day they were out of an ingredient that went into the peanut butter mood so they could not make that. Also they had just finished telling another customer who ordered right before me that they were out of bananas, so if he could order something else that did not include bananas. So when the girl asked me if I wanted something different to drink, I just told her no thank you and left. I was not about to contribute to their managers incompetence in putting in orders for supplies.

Great staff! Trevor(?) was super nice after the desktop app had messed up and charged us twice. Helped me carry my order to my car! Drinks were also good as usual.

Was greeted when I walked in. But the attendant/cashier seemed annoyed bc it was difficult to hear through the mask. Attitude and tone are universal languages so I hope to see a little more patience and courtesy on my next visit.

Smoothies are fresh and taste good, but prices are a bit high. They no longer offer the free boost in your drink, either, so the novelty of Jamba Juice is wearing off.

Lovely guest service, smoothies taste awsome, I enjoy coming here alot. The Staff is very kind and makes me feel special ❤️. Would totally come back again 😊😊

I always come here for a refreshing drink. The workers are super friendly and i go here so many times that they know me. They’re patient when it comes to taking your order, especially me who always customizes my drink. Great place, i will be coming back often
