Pizza Hut

I love pizza hut. When it has pizza to serve. This particular location left me feeling squimish. The food itself tasted good. However, they informed us after we were seated they had no pizza crust....Pizza Hut was out of pizza...okay? The utensils were dirty. Like sticky dirty. Aside from being lazy and not doing your job...how do you hand out dirty sticky utensils. We weren't even finished eating and our server gave us our bill. It was a Friday night we were her last table. I guess she had somewhere else to be. We paid finished our food and never saw her again. The owner really needs to re vamp that staff. Someone, or several people are not doing their job.

I have never left a review on google before but went through the trouble after this experience. They had one waitress on for about 50 guests on a saturday night!! People were getting their own menus and wandering around with empty pitchers looking for beer! Our table of 5 left with another table of 4 after waiting and not getting anything. Big loss of revenue. I dont know what is going on with the owner of this restaurant but they need to get in touch with what is happening!

Service leaves something to be desired. I decided to try it again after boycotting for several years. It was just as bad as last time. The food has improved but the wait staff seem more interested in socializing rather than waiting on customers. Its pretty bad when you are the only ones in the place and it takes 5 min to come back with a pop.

We stopped into pizza hut in Simcoe Ontario Thursday for the all you can eat lunch. This was at 12:15. On entering the building we hear a voice yell from the kitchen , have a seat, so sitting down we decided to start our lunch. The buffet was not set up, only one pizza out and it was a dessert one. No containers for the sauce, so went to the kitchen and ask for some. I was whisk out of there quickly as to say don't bother me. Waited at the table for the girl to come out of the back. Finally our drink order was taken and yelling across the room again ,said sorry I forgot to bring your drinks, standing beside the buffet she ask someone what do you want girly. At this point I was ready to walk out. No manager around we quickly ate and trying to pay she ignored us while counting money from the till. Will not go to this pizza hut again either . Very rude unpleasant experience to say the least. Not impressed! Do the owners not know what is going on in their own Restaurant?

**This is a revision of my original 2-star review** After a not so good experience recently, a manager(?) contacted me and set the situation right. I explained what happened, and she was super polite, and offered me a free pizza. And it was soooooo cheesey! What else can I say? They addressed my issue and I feel happy as a customer.

Order took over an hour and when it arrived my pizza was cold and the cinnaparts where hard as a rock and tasteless. I called to let the simcoe street North store know about it, and was informed by, someone I assume was managment that " they had personally packaged them and they were fine". I then asked if shed touched them and she replies "yes"....? Nice to know....She also proceeded to tell me that there was no reason my pizza should be cold. Though it took an hour to arrive. They sent me out a second cinnapart and ut was equally as disappointing. Worst pizza hut ive ever had and won't be ordering again.
