Starbucks

I am not going to talk much about the taste of food as we have known Starbucks is the largest commercial franchise coffee shop, so they always have their standard. But the most thing I like from this Starbucks, not only close to my home, it is about the atmosphere. I believe their drinks and foods aren't the best in the town but people come here because the ambient that make them feel cozy and relax. This location has an average size dining room and patio outdoor seats available even though it is crowded time, still feel comfortable. They also like to organize the special events for socialize and meeting frequently, that's very interesting. As for the staffs, they made orders mistake sometimes (incorrect items, taste too sweet, too bland etc.) but it isn't a big deal because they always are nice and enjoying making coffee for you. Service is quite fast, I usually order online ahead, and most of the time, when I get there. it's ready for pickup. This Starbucks is located at Plaza del Del Mercado, Silver Spring MD. There is huge free parking lots. So convenient for me to grab some drink and breakfast before going to work.

I love Starbucks!!! I just wish when I ask for light ice in my mobile or in-store order that they would actually do it. I watched one of the girls making a drink with a full cup of ice. I assumed it wasn't mine when I saw the amount of ice she used. I was surprised when she called my name for the drink,.. utterly surprised. When I brought it to her attention she poured out some of the drink (espresso & syrup) along with some of the ice and then topped it back off with more milk. At this point I'm already running late for work so I don't have time to get it made over again. I'm sorry this is so lengthy but I just wish they would not disregard it since it is an option. All in all, I LOVE Starbucks so this will definitely not stop me from coming to this location because it doesn't happen every time.

Update to my review from about 3 months ago: Service is excellent and mentioned issues before have changed for the better. Old review: I was here today 9/29 at around 2:15 pm. I ordered at the counter for a grande Pike with room and extra Milk and the barista guy who was ringing me up took a cup and a marker pen and asked me to mark the cup as to the level I wanted. When I responded I’ve never been asked this question any Starbucks including this one before, he responded by saying OK I’m going to make it the way I want not the way you want. At this moment I asked him to cancel the order and I walked out of the Starbucks. On my way out both that guy and another barista woman they started laughing. Horrible horrible. Generally the staff here is very nice.

My favorite local starbucks! I have been going to this location for years and enjoy the atmosphere. It is clean and spacious, there is lighting outdoor seating and plenty of space for a quick instagram shot. This is a great location for working online, local meet-ups, bring the kids, the family! The staff is friendly & are always willing to accomadate you, they come from all over the world, so someone there speaks your langauage. Sometimes they host event nights for comedy and poetry, be sure to follow them on social media. I see them creating more events, since they remodeled the area.

Always kindly greeted by the manager or baristas upon entry. I usually mobile order and they 9/10 always have my drink ready when I get there. The staff is super sweet and much better than the service I’ve received in other surrounding Starbucks locations. They definitely go above and beyond to make each interaction different for their customers.

I came here for a drink a few months ago because they recommended that they make good drinks here, and they were right, it is one of the best Starbucks I have ever tried, today I wanted my drink and by mistake I put the wrong address and it was a bit far, thanks to God, faith (who works there) helped me and made me a drink, very kind and super friendly, we need this type of attitude every day, since today I came from a long day of work and with what happened to me I thought I had a bad lucky but that changed with the help of faith, a great woman
