I was traveling through Sidney Nebraska and wanted something quick convenient, so I chose this McDonald’s location. This is a good McDonald’s location, the staff was friendly and the food was good. One of the items on my burger was not added, but when I bought it to the staffs attention they immediately remedied my issue. I recommend this McDonald’s location.

This happens all the time and if I'm getting drive threw I'm in a hurry and don't have time to go in and then they run one order lane and all the sudden they will take an order from the second board and people behind you dive over there and get to order before you I understand they are under staff but its getting ridiculous

This is easily the most disgusting restaurant I've visited in decades. The doors, the tables, the floors were all covered in sticky residue. There were flies everywhere. The men's bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. If the kitchen looks the same this place should be closed.

I made a mobile order and had no issues and the food was delicious. The joint was clean. The staff was nice.

What one would expect from a McDonald's. We had breakfast there and I'm a fan of their oatmeal. Bonus - staff is very friendly and they move fast. If for any reason you have to wait on something, they quickly move you to a parking slot and food comes fast.

If you go thru Sidney, I’d suggest keep going. This McDonald’s is so slow. You sit in the drive thru for 25+ minutes and if you go inside, expect to sit and wait longer for your food. McDonald’s food handler policy is they either wear hats or hair nets. You’ll be lucky if they even wear gloves. Oh and while their ‘excellent’ service continues they are also messing around on their cell phones while they are supposed to be prepping food

Ordered food it came wrong had them fix it it looks like they rage made it because they had to fix there mistake

Yesterday I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I got sausage and biscuit. Today I ordered same thing. Didn't gat any sausage. Not that hard of order.
