Big Tree

I came in the other day with my mate for a quick bite to eat, and my expectations were exceeded. We ordered two Medium rare rump steaks that were absolutely delicious, the chips were perfectly cooked and crispy, matched with a refreshing turbo Bellini cocktail. Also the customer service was excellent, the manager on duty, I think if I remember correctly is called Charlie was patient with my friend who is a fussy eater. Huge thanks to the manager and the chef.

Alice at The Big Tree arranged a buffet for our family members after attending a funeral, the spread that was put on for us was perfect for what we asked for and although it was a sad occasion we All enjoyed meeting up at The Big Tree and would highly recommend it for any occasions. A big thank you to Alice and staff for all your efforts.

We were only in Woodseats for one day. We called into the Big Tree late on a Saturday lunchtime for meals and drinks, k owing nothing about the place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Between the three of us, we had Lasagne, Steak, and a mixed grill, all were good - not special, but not bad, portion sizes were quite generous. There were a few menu items that we wanted that were not available; the place was busy, so we put it down to the items being very popular. Food prices were quite reasonable. Football on the TV screens was a bit loud, and with football not being our thing, it became a bit of a distraction. But overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would go back.
