Felt unwell and the lady at the shop (sorry not sure of name) was so kind and thoughtful looking after me. Ultimately it was a false alarm, phew! I'm a fairly regular customer and always find the shop, cafe and post office brilliant. Thank you

Perfectly placed at the heart of this picturesque village and a real hub for the community, this shop is a hybrid of local store, Post Office, sandwich shop and tea rooms. Friendly staff, good food and reasonable prices.

50 miles from home. Ordered food. Released i had the wrong bank card and these kind ladies still let me take my sandwich and put their trust in me to get intouch and pay later on without even knowing me. Great people. Not many like this about. Will definitely be back when in the area again.
