Normally I LOVE their food, but tonight it was terrible. The spicy chicken I got tasted dry and were tiny crunchy pieces. The sweet tea was more disappointing because it tasted like the tea bags were used/old and the tea tasted more like water. Even with easy ice. I don’t usually complain because I’ve worked in the service industry but my pregnancy craving has been chicken express lately and it just didn’t taste like it has before. I tried to call but nobody answered so now I’m just a sad b***h 😅

The food would be good but the service is absolutely horrendous at this restaurant. There is nothing “express” about this chicken express. I stood at the counter for over five minutes and couldn’t even get someone to make eye contact with me. If you get the urge to eat at this restaurant you had better have at least 20 minutes to wait for your food.

The food is always yummy! We just had a little bit of a challenge, because we were kinda a difficult order. We had used an app to order, then when we got there we decided we needed other things we had forgotten about. It kinda threw the staff for a loop. Everyone was nice and willing to do a little extra.

Went to get dinner at9:30. They are supposed to be open until 10. Was informed at the drive it would be a 15 minute wait. I was ok with that. Then they comeback and say all we have is 2 thighs. If your going to close early just come out and say it.

The best chicken in town, awesome food, prompt service, not much else you can say about this place. Spicy tenders and sweet tea are to die for.

Haven’t even tried our food yet, but this place is notorious for not getting the order right. We gave them another chance as they messed up our order a couple months ago….we ordered a 12 piece that only had 11 and then had a bunch of wings to make up for the lack of the chicken breast. Then I call in and no one answers.
