The Lime Tree Cafe

This was a lovely find in Shanklin, these ladies (Mum and Daughter) gave us a warm welcome on arrival when we were looking to get something to eat and take a break. We ordered 2 English breakfast which came well presented with tasty produce including toast and a pot of tea each. We enjoyed the wall of pawfection (pictures of dogs who visited) and atmosphere (I get anxious and nervous going into new places) so much two days later returned with our furry friend who was given some lovely treats in a bowl, while my husband and I tucked into a slice of carrot cake and latte. We will definitely return as enjoyed so much without breaking the bank 😊

A very welcoming establishment where your dog is made as welcome as their owners are. We went in most of the days while we were holidaying in Shanklin. We were so sorry to have to say goodbye to the lovely two ladies when we were due to go home. They have a photo of our Alfie on the wall with lots of other doggy photos.

My friend and I stopped off here for a breather and an ice cream and were impressed with the food, service and very reasonable prices. The ladies at the counter were friendly and helpful, and one of them being a cat person was a decided plus in my book.
