The service was fast. The food was delivered hot. The taste was average. Nothing that stood out with the exception that they could have used less SALT!!!; in everything - fries, onion rings, burgers, Runza... everything was salty. The Runza was good but only because it was hot and it was my first time trying the sandwich. I would eat here again. Maybe once every three or four weeks.

Pulling a trailer tried to go into dinning room at 8:40…. Doors were locked guy inside comes to door and says I could walk through drive through 🙄 google shows dinning room open till 9pm

A1 service with hot yummy comfort food. The Runza sandwich is a soft-baked single serve loaf of bread stuffed with cabbage, onions, beef, and whatever else you night like. There are burgers and salads too!
Don't forget to try frings--half fries half onion rings!

Great food, awesome manager! Tried eating somewhere else first and it closed while we waited to be served. Went hunting for somewhere else to eat and came across Runza. Manager was great. Even gave us cookies to make up for something that wasn't even their fault. Will eat there when we come to visit our son in college from now on! 5 stars isn't enough!

It's Runza. You know what you're getting; food for white folk that think black pepper is spicy. They made my food well, everything was served hot and their onion rings are on point. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and good service. I'll go there again next time I'm in Seward Ave want a burger.

I am newer to Seward and didn't realize that runza closes at 9. I went to get food at 8:50 the other night and the employees were extremely polite and treated me like I was there first customer instead of there last.

Quick service, Good original food items . The regular stuff like burgers are smaller than other chains but more expensive. $8 lunch that'll cost ya $10. $1 soft serve cones are my favorite.
