Drive-thru had a chair across entrance. Went in and my order was taken on paper as all the registers were empty of receipt paper. Employees were very friendly and food was good and fresh.

Brunt fries, burger was good. Service at window a bit rude. Be sure to order all straws, condiments, forks, spoons, or other items needed for your meal. New ...no common sense... law, says they can't offer..you have to ask. 11/7/23...different day...ultimate plate. Eggs, bacon ,sausage and pancakes, hash brown and drink. Great. Staff great.

The young lady at the window was excellent. I could tell she was busy, but waited on me with such a great attitude. Before I left the window, I just wanted her to know that she had great Customer Service.

Had a good experience this evening. Cam was friendly and helpful. Other staff in the restaurant was friendly as well. Burger was good, veggies fresh. Thanks guys!

I recently discovered the Jack app and I love it. no more screaming at the microphone or getting my order wrong. also relieves any pressure to hurry up and make your choice, plus there are deals you only get from the app and points you can build up for free food. it's great. I love it.

Went right up to window ordered and paid and got my order in minutes. It was good to get a good old fashioned burger. Lettuce, tomato, onion, dill pickle, mayo and ketchup. It was so good.

It's four stars for a Jack in the Box, not compaired to an actual good restaurant. This location is usually relatively quick and very friendly. Haven't had a single issues with them.

It's Jack in the Box and it's fast food, so what sets this one store apart? The employee at the drive through was cheerful, provided attentive service, and got the order perfectly correct, but not only that, asked if we needed condiments, even salt or pepper. No JiTB location has ever asked me that or ever been that thorough. That's what makes this fast food experience a step above the usual ordinary service.
