I’ll put zero star if I can! I love red mango but I’ll never come to this store again!!! The staff ordered wrong one and refused to correct their own mistake! The attitude of the women there was so rude, she didn’t wear mask and speak towards the bowl, chatting with others for so long instead of doing her job!!!

This is my second time ordering this week (pregnancy craving) and both times, they give so little :( and this time, she didn't even top off the top swirl with a topping. I asked for the Gummy bears on the side and of course she stuck those right in the middle. Small swirl of frozen yogurt, with 3 layers of dry ingredient!!! One more tiny small swirl and that's it, $8 parfait. Boo.

I am extremely disappointed with the service! The employee was totally unprofessional and got very rude when we got upset with her attitude If owner are reading this they definitely need to train your staff how to treat the customers from different diversity Very bad experience Instead of apologizing she was talking in her language with fellow employee

You guys really need to learn how to pick employees for your store! I asked the Indian lady working for a sample she got angry and said no! Then when I went to put in my credit card she yelled at me and told me not to remove it which I wasn’t. Then she yelled at me again to remove it. She’s lucky I didn’t cause a scene.

i can see why this place got low reviews, the staff is pretty slow with moving the line, took 10 mins to help 2 people in front of me before i could place my order, communication isn’t very good, lots of patrons arguing with the staff over what was ordered or what the food should look like, again lots of waiting, should really be more efficient for a mall location with lots of customers

They have limited flavors of frozen yogurt but they do let you sample. Their toppings are pretty fresh and yummy to add to your cup. They have fixed prices unlike other red mangos who weigh customers choosing.

At first the service was really great even the food was delicious, Now theres some new female and every time i go there unfortunately she’s there she never leaves my food the right consistency ( power bowls) or is missing something or adds something that i didn’t say to add. I go here at-least 3 times a week but now i have to find a new place where they now how to make them good and don’t mess my order up.
