Not sure the front staff wanted to be at work today. This was their special, new Baja steak and Jack. I got rolled eyes when I asked for a six inch instead of foot long, then attitude when I asked how much for the Baja steak. After she gave me the price on a 6 incj, I said, Ok, I would like to try your new Baja steak, then the counter person said "Omg" when I requested the sandwich to be the meal deal, she cited this outburst was justified because she had already rung up the 6 inch price by itself (when I was only inquiring what was the price of their special "new Baja steak and Jack". Apparently this was a very difficult 😳 transaction for this worker. Very few people here (4 plus myself is five customers), so now I see why Noone is coming in here.
The sandwich was very hastily and sloppily put together. The paper is cut, torn and turned upside down to spill out all over the front (top of bread). No napkins were available and none were put in my bag. Had to go back to counter and ask where their napkins were. They had them behind the counter.
The sandwich was soggy and awful.

I went there and line had only 2 cars in it and it took awhile. Well the lady who came to the window apologized over and over that they were short staff and if I still wanted my order. Frustrated with the delay of waiting already , I rudely said well “yea of course “. She politely went to make my order. Then I noticed 2 younger boys working there who weren’t really helping her as much as they should. She came back and apologized again for the delay and said they were out of cookies and continues to make my order. I was in line waiting for probably about 25 minutes at that point. I thought about driving off but I thought this poor women is trying to handle all the orders alone , so I patiently waited. When she gave me my order , she apologized again for the long delay and I noticed she forgot my chips for both sandwiches. I looked at her and told her , she really needs to get those other workers to help her and that she can’t do it alone. She smiled and put her head down and said yes I know . I told her thank you for my order and she was doing a great job. I don’t know what her name was but she was so sweet despite the pressure she was under and my unnecessary rudeness. I really am impressed with her. She did a wonderful job.

My friend got us some subway for lunch. She wrote my order down correctly the night before. We work at Caterpillar just next door!! A huge corporate facility.
She went and got our orders at 330 pm the next day.
Hers was made right. I am allergic to iceberg lettuce.
My sandwich was loaded with it.
I didn't have the heart to tell her that I had to throw it away.
Never Again! Wasted my my hard earned money. This place needs to close and let a new food place that cares about customers rent the spot.

They got almost everything wrong but the cookie. Don't go here unless you go inside and closely watch them make your sandwich. I ordered 4 footlong sandwiches the bread and meat were literally the only thing correct on the sandwiches. All my sandwiches did not have any mayo or mustard, or veggies. Why the hell even add all that on the screen if they're gonna make it there way. So mad to drive all the way home to the next town to have to add things at home. Never again will I go too this Subway.

1/10 do not go here. It would be ran better if it were owed by monkeys. Slow and always out of stock. Never fresh ingredients. Clearly doesn’t put any emphasis on customer service training. Nice employees so it gets one star for that other wise I would give it a 0/10. Do not go to this subway, I repeat do not go to this subway. Do not give them your business.

Every time I’ve been here it’s either they don’t have what you want or just totally mess up your whole order today I got a ham and cheese with mustard mayonnaise and 2 different veg toppings all I got was just the ham and the cheese getting kinda old guys pick up the slack

By far the worst subway we have ever been to. It’s unkept, the inside and outside are both disgusting. They were out of all cheese except shredded and pepper Jack, they were out of almost all fountain drinks- thankfully they at least had sprite. I asked what one of the sandwiches on the menu had on it- neither of the gentleman working could answer my question. Not sure how they would actually make it if someone ordered it. They were out of all chips except jalapeño- so my kids don’t get any chips. Then we get out to the car and open the pizza we order for one of the kids- and it’s not cut! What a disaster.

Their slogan of building your sub sandwich “your way” applies to all locations excluding this one. A bunch of kids playing not working. Three different occasions I purchased my family four completely different types of subs and all three occasions they messed up on every single sub. The ingredients were no so fresh on this last order.

If your looking for a sub in Seguin stay clear from this 46 hwy location. Court street in Seguin has a professional functioning subway operating with “working“ staff. When a chain restaurant receives many overwhelming reviews its credible advice. (Check yelp reviews as well)
