Arby's

I will never go back to this place. I never leave bad reviews, but I can't help it this time. I waited over 20 minutes, in the store, for two roast beef sandwiches. I had to leave without the sandwiches. I saw wrapped sandwiches stacking up behind the counter. I'm sure my sandwiches were in that pile. I had to go back to work and clock in, I didn't have any more time to wait for the sandwiches, let alone eat them.

Was in town for the Plant City Strawberry Festival and we decided after getting settled in our hotel to get a bit to eat. The Arby's in the BP gas station was close so tired but hungry we stopped. We were going to buy Arby's but due to the Arby's clerk at the Arby's order counter LOUDLY having a political debate with 2 customers at the counter. We decided on ordering from Popeyes. We figured the EXTREMELY LOUD exchange would stop we took a table with our food but rather the exchanges got louder. I got our drinks as my wife was worried they might go at it physically. Just wanted Arby's management to know this occurred Thursday about 6:00 PM. We will not return to this location.

Not only did it take a long time to get my order it took a long time to place my order and as I was leaving a lady came in and said where are my buffalo bites they were actually in my bag I ordered the chicken ranch sandwich the buffalo bites were so hot I could barely eat them and they made my stomach hurt for that night plus into the next day so they're not paying attention to what they're doing and they're slow as molasses. And when I called to complain I had to leave my message on a recorder and I never got an answer back.
