I've been coming here for a while because it's the closest store to me. I will make it a point to avoid this place like the plague moving forward. They consistently argue with you over deals they have posted inside of their store. They have a three for $5.50 for Red Bull special that they refuse to honor because they said the system wasn't working correctly. I know they have the ability to discounts but they absolutely refused

I will absolutely never go to that store again..I have been going there every morning for 2 years until last Friday the employees boyfriend was trying to fight my boyfriend bc they said they thought he was drunk but I told them he just had mouth surgery but her boyfriend kept screaming in our faces taking pictures of my car & tag so we left... we just tried to get a cup of coffee again this morning & even though we haven't been "trespassed " she said she won't serve us while she has her boyfriend in there with a beanie on & a face mask covering his entire face standing there watching us with his arms folded....I have never been so disrespected by an employee and her boyfriend....They just lost 3 loyal customers!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!! I WISH A MANAGER WOULD REVIEW THE VIDEO FROM 3-17-22 AT AROUND 5:30 A.M !!

What should have been a simple $3 transaction turned into arguments & accusations. I haven't been treated this terrible by multiple employees ever! The woman manager was extremely rude & even came out to my car after with accusations. The manager said the other employee (red head) told her I was in the night before tryin "funny stuff." I told the manager she was mistaken & if she wanted to pull security footage she would see it wasn't me. I was home & hadn't been to the Methner 7/11 in months. The lady who CLEARLY mistook me for someone else, wouldn't confirm if it was me & then wouldn't even look at me when I was calmly asking.. I asked the manager to go ahead & pull up the footage, which now yelled that she would not & said I wasn't welcome back at the store. Maybe I reminded them of someone, I really don't know but this is not a way to talk to or treat people period.

Was a loyal customer of this store for 4 years , they racially discriminated against me..This store is known for their credit card machines to have issues you cant even use the tap function to purchase items u have to swipe your card..One day i did just that the card reader didnt work so the lady inside which is the STORE OWNER tells me i have to use cash so a customer behind me insisted that he pays for me which was kind, but the owner said because it happened before with me in the past using a different card ,she said she was banning me from her store because i was a inconvenience disturbing her customers..If a customer willingly pays for your items because their card reader isnt working properly how am i the inconvenience ,and im a loyal customer i come everyday never any issues but you treat me this way because a customer CHOSE to pay for my items..without me asking..so this store is racist in my eyes, i am a black man and they definitely could have handled this situation alot better..
