I went there a few days ago to pick up my pizza order. The cashier was new and visibly stressed with the flood of customers they were getting at the time. Everyone I saw while I was there showed her patience and kindness. Including the only other employee(making pizza's) I noticed. The one making pizzas was very patient and kind to her. Encouraging and supporting her not only when the cashier needed assistance but even from the kitchen. They both handled the situation, themselves and us customers very well!

The ladies that make the pizzas can't read the tickets or order correctly. One time they screwed up my order and gave me the wrong pizzas. The second time they thought I wanted my pizza done at 1:59 (it was supposed to be 11:59).

Stopped in like I do every morning for my donut and coffee, and the manager was passing out the donuts. They weren't in the case as they normally are.
I'm sure its because of this virus that's going around. Thank you so much for taking the time and safety precautions.
I only will go into this Casey's. The staff and employees are awesome!

Zero would be a more appropriate rating. The clerk was too busy helping a customer scratch off lottery tickets instead of helping others. Guess what? There are two cash registers and there were other employees just standing around looking. I put my items I wanted to purchase on the counter and walked out. I will never go to Casey's again. Hoping QT buys them out. Oh and Casey's watered down gas sucks!

I called Caseys east around 730 and I requested a pizza sandwich item to be made for me I overheard the lady talking to the kitchen telling the lady on the phone to just tell me that they are out of the items. It’s a shame that they have to lie because they don’t want to do their job...

4 people "working", 5 people in line yet only 1 is helping customers, while one is standing at the open register with her back to everyone, texting on her phone. Ridiculous

Waited an hour for my pizza to show up last Saturday and they told me they would see on that Monday if they could get me a free pizza because mine was cold I go in today and they are only giving me 3 dollars off. I can just use my discount that gets sent to everybody's mailbox which gives 3 dollars off. This is ridiculous!
