Worst service ever. The employees act as if they did not want to be there. They have poor costumer service and are talking on their personal phones while there are people waiting to be served.
Also, the four women who were working this afternoon, are violating the basic food workers regulations. For instance, they have long and polished nails, they do not wear hair restraints, they have poor management food manipulation (for example only wear one glove), they wear lots of jewelry and big watches and on top of that they eat at the counter and in front of the customers. It is Seattle downtown.

Wish I could give this place negative stars. Worst employees I have ever seen at any food services. DO NOT eat here EVER!
They don't know what kind of breads they have. When I corrected one of the workers that she had picked the wrong bread she started talking to her fellow employee in Spanish and started using some curse words. The other employee who started making my sandwich wasn't even courteous enough to ask me what I wanted. She just stood there and stared at me despite me repeatedly asking her for the veggies that I wanted. She almost sneezed onto the sandwich which was being made for the person behind me. Awful store with improperly dressed employees. After I left the store I realized that none of the female employees had either a net or hat covering their hair. I didn't even bother opening the sandwich and threw it in the trash and ended up finding other options from the food court.

Brutal customer service, my 10 year old son did not ask for the sub toasted but we were told he did and a refusal to remake the sub for him......she left our credit card in the machine bagged 4 subs pushed them towards us and attempted to move on to the single other customer in line, dirty look to get our card back, subs put together poorly, 4 out of 5 not enjoyable dinner but 1 luckily went to MOD Pizza and not only shared but it was great! Can't go less than 1 star
Side note, attempted to let them know we thought it was poor customer service, the lady waived her hand turning saying that's what I think......

Went two times and both times I have seen the staff very rude to other customers and causing them to walk off. The first time no one was at the counter and the lady in front of me called for service and they very rudely said they were coming which caused her to just leave. As for food, it was very bad. Not in terms of taste but prep. They cut the bread very thinly on the top and proceeded to put my meats and veggies very nonchalantly while they conversed in Spanish with each other. I asked for a little sauce but they ignored that and doused the whole thing causing the thinly cut bread get soggy. Final, they didn't even bother closing the sandwich. Instead They rolled it up in the paper and called it a done job. Next, i asked for a fountain drink and it was very flat. I asked for a different soda as it was flat but they said I would have to pay for it again. Id say the only time that is acceptable to come here is if youre dying and in need of something. If you do come, expect rude customer service and very lazy sandwich prep. And they have the audacity to put a tip jar in the front...

I recommend choosing literally any other place in the armory. The service here is abhorrent every time. I work nearby and have tried it 3 times in the past few months- all have sucked.
The staff rushes you through questions and act like you’re inconveniencing them the entire time when you’re just trying to order. They frequently get things wrong. They skimp on ingredients and arrange them in really odd clumps instead of across the sandwich. It’s just a bad experience all around.

Worst worst and rude staff. RIP OFF. The staff do not have any sense of customer service. She was litterally throwing everything in between. They are suppose to tell the customer if any ingredient would cost extra. Unfortunately they dont and blame customers.
The subway was so exepnsive and the girl a the cash would rudely say you pay the premium price in a big city.
I pai $12 for a foot long vegg. sub. INSANE..
I dont know if Subway is taking any serious action against such complaints or not. Every single review here for this location is negative and about horrible experience.
Yet they are operating and continue ripping off people.
I would give them zero if I could.

Pricey, no coupons
If you eat here be ready to pay at least a dollar per sub more than you are used to - and they don't accept Subway coupons.
They are in the Seattle Center so I guess that is their justification. Staff acted overworked and irritable. When I was there their Coke machine was also busted. Food looked decently fresh so no complaints there, but I did not walk away happy that I ate here.
