I visited the Bread & Circus food truck at an event in Marymoor Park. Prices were high (not sure if that was normal or event pricing) and I wasn’t super impressed with the food. I got a burger, side of fries, and a can of soda. The fries were great! The burger was perfectly cooked but lacked any flavor. All I could taste was the potato bun. Maybe mine was a one-off and the burger missed getting seasoned? Either way, not sure I’d spend $23 again on this meal if other options were available.

Always such good food. The smash burger is a go-to for me! I also really liked the gnocchi- such a fun snack! Great menu, quality food, and speedy service.

The food truck serves $12 cheeseburgers, where the patty is sub-frozen-Costco grade and is way overcooked.
Walk to any other burger place, it’s better than this at a better price point.

PORK BELLY REUBEN and fries
smoked pork belly, fried sauerkraut, swiss, 3 pepper cider aioli, marble rye. I ordered it without the sauerkraut. This sandwich as well as fries were very delish 😍 ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! My friends who tried it with the sauerkraut loved it as well. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the service window area could be a bit cleaner but the staff were friendly. I’m definitely going back. This food truck was on Union Ave and 21st. I’ve only seen it here on Sundays.

Today, I got to have the Circus Burger at an event sponsored at work and it was divine! I’m not really a burger fan because I find most patties have a charred/gas flavor to them, not to mention some burgers tend to be dry... but not this one!
The aioli sauce was delicate and enhanced the overall flavor of the burger. I also loved the use of arugula and the pickled onion with the burger, and it was cooked well; not oozing, nor dry, nor uninspiring...
I will definitely be dragging my family down to the Woods so that my husband can try their burgers too.

We are visiting from Atlanta and decided to get a burger and beer before hiking:).Seattle Cider Company we visited before and was extremely impressed with the craft beers 🍻. This time Bread and Circuses 🎪 were crafting burgers 🍔that day. OMG!!!!!!!!!! Amazing! This combination will satisfy a real foodie.!!!!
