Great State Burger

Great State did not disappoint! First off the quality of the food is top notch! Organic ingredients and burgers made fresh to order sets this burger joint apart from the rest. For those with allergies such as gluten intolerance, they use a dedicated fryer for their mouth watering crinkle cut fries and toast the Hamburger buns on a completely separate grill as the burgers. I ordered my burger lettuce wrapped and it was super filling. Another thing that sets Great State apart from the rest is their soda station. Their soda fountain is by Jones Soda which is superior quality. Our family absolutely loved the food and the service was also exceptional! The staff was very helpful with working with my requests around food allergies and our food came out perfectly cooked in an extremely fast manner. We will definitely be back!!!

Burgers and fries are great here, but the fry pricing feels really high at over $4, making adding a combo with a soda over $6 before the burger. I love that it's local and the shakes, bacon, etc are organic but confusing the fries aren't and they're so pricy. Everything things else feels very fairly priced. Someone mentioned they ordered 3 burger fry and shake combos and it was $80.... which clearly doesn't add up as it would be under $60 for the 3 meals with tax, so they're clearly lying about something, weird move. Would definitely recommend this place and location, I hope they put one in Lake City soon, we need it!!

I feel inclined to leave a review of my delicious burger. I got the double with bacon and it was damn good. The ratio of bread to meat was spot on. The cheese was perfectly melted like a dream. When I think of a good cheeseburger, it was exactly the one I just ate. Not sure if I got lucky or what because I've never been there, but I would go again based on the tasty burger I just devoured.
