Next Level Clucker Roosevelt

Such a great experience! Our first time trying Next Level and we were impressed. Food was even better than expected - they definitely figured out how to make plant-based food actually taste like an indulgence. Service was really great - the young lady serving us (Justine) was super cheerful and accommodating, and the manager (turns out he was a pretty high up regional manager) helped us out with a discount, even though I was the one who had made a mistake. 8 thumbs up from the 4 of us!

I'm a bit biased against American food - if it's not s'mores, then I just don't usually find it worth it - so take this review with a grain of salt. As a vegan, I always appreciate when restaurants make an effort to try to re-create foods that people love, vegan style, so with that appreciation in mind, I thought it'd be worthwhile to give this place a chance. The food was ok - there was nothing spectacular about the chicken bacon sandwich or the Oreo shake I got. Don't get me wrong, they tasted fine and as you'd expect for both items, I just wasn't wowed at all. It tasted like classic American food which seems to be the goal of this restaurant so if that's what you love, then this is the place for you. The staff was friendly at this location and it was kind of cool that it was located inside of Whole Foods so you can grab a bite to eat while getting your shopping done.

Everything was great from the greeting when we walked in, to the flavorful burgers and chicken sandwiches to walking out with a delicious cookies and cream shake that had chunks in it. They didn't have the fries I wanted at the time but totally worth the other choice I was offered with our yummy onion rings. The onion lover was very happy with his rings so that tells you something there. I had the Ghost pepper burger. My S.O has the chicken burger. Cameron and the crew really did a wonderful job. Oh!... I love the sauce options too! That spicy dark colored sauce was really good and spicy. Thank you all for an amazing experience. We'll be back! Just went back to try the ghost pepper brat. It was delicious! But does not stay in bun. I would grab a fork a knife just in case. I believe I had this same problem with the burgers. But still so so good! I love the NL Ghost pepper sauce so much.

What a guy! Cameron gave us next level service! He made us feel special and made us feel welcomed. We drove to Seattle from Vancouver BC, looking for a vegan joint, we stumbled onto this place. We parked on the free rooftop parking, took the elevator into whole foods and walked outside since we saw the sign on the way in.. Only to find out that next level burger was IN whole foods! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Once we found the place, Cameron pointed out the digital menu with pictures. They have such a big menu! So many options!! He spoiled me with my birthday coming up, hooked me up with a shake! Gave me a sneak peak to the dirty pumpkin spice shake... It... Was... To... Die... For! Would our experience have been as good if Cameron wasn't there... Honestly, probably not! He is the reason I'll be back! Food was good.. But Cameron lives by the brand. He truly is Next Level!

First time trying an all American vegan burger. The quinoa patty was a good alternative, but it was not as filling as a beef or chicken burger. My dog was not interested. The Artisan So Cal Burger was also missing avocado. You can’t forget that ingredient. The organic peanut butter cup shake was too sweet and chunky.
