Evolution Fresh is so much more than a juice bar, offering salads and wraps made with quinoa and kale and garbanzo beans and feta cheese and... Just now enjoyed a new meal item: the Tahini, Ginger, and Chicken Soup made with a lot of turmeric. Who knew that healthy, healthful food could be this tasty yummy? Go soon, though, because Evolution Fresh's parent company, Starbucks, decided a few days ago (March 2017 now) to yank this concept. This unit will be open through June 2017, then will be no more. Too bad. I will miss Evolution Fresh. (Starbucks will sell the juices at the coffee shops, like that matters.)
