Copper Coin

We brought our two kids and sat inside on a hot Tuesday at lunch. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The ordering via mobile is really clean and food/drinks come out very quickly as you add them to the order. We got a burger, a salad, some chicken bites with dips, a couple beers, and a couple kids meals. Everything was fresh and attractive. The burger was like a high end backyard grill burger with lots of charbroily flavor and fresh toppings. It was good, but I wasn't sure if I'd crave that burger again. The (chop chop?) salad was a touch underwhelming and the kids meals were quite plain, but neither little one complained. We most enjoyed the beers with chicken bites+dips. The house sauce, buffalo sauce, and dill/rosemary pesto ranch were all delicious for dipping anything on the table. Our biggest issue was with the prices. Once we added bacon to the burger we were nearing $16 but it at least included fries. Kids meals at $7 are probably a dollar high, but they go even higher if you want to add/change much of anything. My voracious six year old needed to share our food to be full. We came in at $90 for the four of us with tip, which admittedly gives us pause to return frequently. We will definitely be back though.

Best burger by far in West Seattle!!! their menu is smaller than it used to be, but the quality beats out their competition. You can tell the meat is fresh and everything is made in house. Portions are generous as well as the customer service. I find other burger spots in WS to have poorest service, but everyone at Copper Coin is so accommodating and works really hard! Don’t miss out on this spot!!!!

I can't give this place a negative review. The food was good, the service was pleasant, and it's a super chill atmosphere. It's not swanky, but it's very Admiral Junction. I've seen negative reviews, but I can't say that this place lived up to that hype at all. Went with a group, and we all plan on going back. Glad to have this place as an option when you want a decent, affordable, chill place to decompress after a long day.

Super yummy loaded tots with extra green onions! At other places loaded tots would include bacon bits that I enjoy, but at Copper Coin they are absent. Instead, there is pico de Gallo which was a pleasant alternative. The bartender was very friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe of the place was enjoyable. Definitely interested in returning to enjoy other offerings on the menu.

Party of 2, seated immediately. Copper Coin does a great job of blending intimate and group dining. The booths and tables are spacious enough to accommodate large parties and families, but still feels private. We ordered calamari to start. It was delicious and flavorful and not at all rubbery! The breading kept falling off into the sauce which wasn’t too bad since we could fish it out with forks. Afterwards we had the Grilled Chicken Burger and the Coin Fried Chicken. The chicken burger was cooked very well, cheese wasn’t very flavorful. The bacon was some of the best we had, thick cut and tasty! The Fried chicken was also tasty. Breading was perfect and tasted great with the coleslaw. The sauce on the fried chicken ended saturating half the fries, rendering the ketchup useless. Overall, both dishes were good. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so we were seated immediately. The staff was incredibly sweet and attentive but didn’t hover. They gave us a generous amount of time to finish our beers before bringing the check, which was kind of them. This was my first time here and I would love to eat here again!!

Grabbed a quick bite for lunch here a couple weekends ago. It is pretty huge inside and has a nice sizes patio. Lots of great choices on the menu. Went with their buffalo chicken sandwich. It was great. Perfectly cooked chicken, on a great roll for sandwiches and really good fries. Can't wait to go back!
